Who is PlentyONE?
The success story of plentysystems AG – now known under the PlentyONE brand – began in 2006, when Jan Griesel, the founder and current CEO, developed a smart solution for eBay sellers. What started as a simple sales software has now developed into an all-in-one platform for e-commerce.
Today, PlentyONE supports retailers, manufacturers and brands of all sizes worldwide, providing a powerful platform that covers and manages the entire sales process across more than 150 sales channels. Under the motto “Channeling E-Commercial Excellence,” PlentyONE is positioning itself as a platform for next-level e-commerce worldwide.
With over 350 employees, the company works remotely to stay competitive. In 2023, more than 116 million orders with a GMV of 9.8 billion euros were processed via the platform. The company’s headquarters are in Kassel, and an additional location in Timișoara, Romania, opened in 2017.
PlentyONE reached a significant milestone in November 2024: the consolidation of the plentysystems, plentymarkets and PlentyONE brands into a strong PlentyONE brand and the expansion of the management board.
