Vinted Achieves Over €10 Billion GMV
In 2025, sellers sold goods worth more than €10.8 billion through the second-hand marketplace Vinted, marking a nearly 50% increase compared to 2024. While net profit declined by 19% to €62 million, Vinted remains profitable for the third consecutive year. The company attributes the profit decline to the expansion of the German market, the logistics service Vinted Go in Spain and Portugal, as well as the launch of Vinted Pay. The cosmetics chain Sephora has launched a ChatGPT integration in its app in the US, enabling customers to receive personalized product recommendations directly through chat requests without leaving the app. A global rollout is likely.
